Add shrimp,peas and carrots and cook for 20 secs. Fold and stir rice in. Then add soy sauce, Maggi seasoning, mushroom seasoning, sugar. Add pepper to taste. Stir and fold for another 2 minutes until even.

Senegal is a country I know well personally. It 'a country with many parts, the near-desert to the north, east and tropical rain forest with an Atlantic coastline to the west. In addition, completely covers the small country of Gambia.

Senegal was the capital of French West Africa for over a century and the country has a strong French flavor today (French, along with native Wolof as official languages), it is also politically stable, although pooron a global scale has a growing economy.

Asian Breakfast can be a bit 'hit and miss.

Easy Khao Tom (Thai rice soup) recipe

Water or broth (about 1 liter / 4 cups) Steamed rice (4:03 cup) Minced pork (OK - or chicken or prawns) 110g or 1 / 4 pounds Knorr, Maggi, Ros Dee, or your favorite stock powder (should be your meat, vegetables or seafood ingredient) Salt White pepper, ground Fried garlic chopped (for garnish) FreshChopped cilantro (for garnish)

Place the cold or warm water in a pot with the cooked rice (jasmine steamed). Add the minced pork or chicken. (If using seafood, do not add end) Stir or whisk to break the cut into small pieces. Not too bulky. Add a little 'dust stock and a bit' of salt Simmer for about 30 minutes, until rice has started to break up soft and light. Taste and season with salt and pepper.

If using shrimp orseafood instead of pork chop or chicken add them to buy. they just need a minute copuple. If you cook fish too long, it becomes dry and powdery.

You can chop or mince shrimp, or just the basic ones, and the sheath and boil them together.

That's it.

Serve in a bowl and top with roasted garlic and fresh coriander.
